Blending with Liquids

For the best mixing results:

  1. Fill half a glass with water, fruit juice, soya milk, rice milk, or another liquid of choice.
  2. Add 1 scoop of MealShake Vanilla and stir well.
  3. Let sit for 2 to 3 minutes to allow the ingredients to absorb the liquid and form a smooth blend.
  4. Add more liquid if desired, or enjoy as is.
  5. For a richer shake, blend with fruits and berries. Use a frother or blender for a light, frothy texture.
