Shipping Policy – Complementary Supplements

UK Shipping & Delivery

We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £24.99 (subtotal, excluding VAT).

For UK orders under £25.00, a shipping fee of £2.50 applies.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Dispatch Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays.

  • Orders placed before 10 AM (Monday – Friday) will typically be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 10 AM or on non-business days will usually be dispatched within 2 business days.

Please note: Opting for 1st Class delivery does not guarantee same-day or next-day dispatch.

Delivery Methods & Estimated Times

Royal Mail

  • 1st Class Mail – Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days
  • 2nd Class Mail (including Recorded Delivery) – Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days

Courier Delivery

For high-value or heavier orders, we may use a courier service. If we ship your order via courier:

  • You will receive a notification email.
  • If a valid mobile number was provided, you will receive a text message approximately one hour before delivery.
  • Courier deliveries typically arrive the next business day.

Parcel Handling & Missed Deliveries

Most orders will not fit through a standard letterbox. If you are not home to receive your parcel:

  • Leave a note for the postman to deliver it to a neighbor.
  • Check for a "Not able to deliver" note from Royal Mail and follow the instructions for redelivery or collection.
  • If uncollected within 5 business days, your order may be returned to us.

Order Status & Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive:

  1. Order Confirmation Email – Sent within 24 hours, including your receipt.
  2. Dispatch Notification Email – Sent within 1–2 business days after payment is verified.

If you do not receive these emails, check your spam/junk folders. If still missing, you may have entered an incorrect email address at checkout.

Late or Missing Deliveries

If your order is delayed:

  • Courier deliveries occur only on business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Royal Mail delays can happen. Check for an "unable to deliver" notice in your post box.
  • In rare cases, Royal Mail may not leave a notice. If your parcel has not arrived within 5 business days, contact your local post office or Royal Mail collection depot.

If uncollected within 7 working days, your parcel may be returned to us. A £2.95 re-delivery fee will apply if you request re-shipment.

Lost or Incorrectly Addressed Orders

  • Royal Mail considers a parcel lost if undelivered 15 business days after the expected delivery date.
  • If your parcel is lost due to incorrect address details provided at checkout, we cannot refund the shipping cost. A 25% restocking fee will apply to refunded items.
